The Center sponsors a series of breakfast meetings that bring together government officials, the business community, leaders of non-profit organizations and academic researchers to discuss and debate current controversies over land use and housing in New York City.

Conferences
Each year, the Center hosts or co-hosts a variety of conferences, panels and roundtables to provide an opportunity for members of the academic community to meet and discuss ideas and the latest research with the real estate development and finance community, non-profit organizations devoted to community planning, neighborhood economic development, home-ownership and the provision of low and moderate income housing, and policy makers concerned with land use, economic development, real estate and housing.
